With every prospective client, we initiate an in-office meeting to delve into your property portfolio. Should you choose to move forward, our team will conduct a comprehensive on-site assessment from which we will craft a maintenance proposal delineating repairs based on priority, cost, and safety.
Owner James Witmer meticulously curates your vendors, drawing from both our highly-skilled in-house team and an extensive network of proven contractors cultivated over decades.

RPM is a small business to puts every-day people first. Serving Hampshire, Hampden and Franklin Counties in Western Massachusetts, we don't require a minimum portfolio size and will work with a wide range of owners.
